How to take care of the hydraulic power unit?

Did you think about that when we were using the hydraulic power unit? This hydraulic power unit is good or not, in fact, the hydraulic power unit is good or not depends on whether the design of the system is reasonable, the components of the system, the system's ability to sewage prevention, but it will affect the service life of the hydraulic power unit.
 
In fact, most of the faults of the hydraulic power unit we use are caused by pollution. So if the oil is contaminated, what harm will it do to the hydraulic power unit of our hydraulic machinery?
 
1. Contamination and wear of components
 
Different contaminants in the oil will cause the components to wear out in different ways, it will run off the surface of the parts cutting wear and fatigue wear. Solid particles can also cause erosion on the surface of the element.
 
2. Components are blocked or jammed
 
Solid particles can clog up the opening of the hydraulic valve, which can cause the valve core to block or tighten, affect the performance of the operation, and may cause accidents.
 
3. Poor performance of oil
 
The oil will oxidize in the air and water, but the corresponding metal particles will also play a catalytic role in the oxidation of the oil. As a result, the water and air bubbles in the oil will drop and the lubrication performance will decrease.
 
Making external purification device for bucket cylinder (for example), two high pressure hose is connected to the bucket cylinder respectively with external purification plant A and B are connected, when manipulating "cylinder out" from the main pump pump out the oil in the hydraulic control valves, high pressure line, the system of pollutants, gas into A side, after filter B of solid pollutants purification, flow through A through B side into the return pipe road back to the fuel tank, so as to realize the system line of the stored gas emissions;
 
When the "oil cylinder shrinkage" is manipulated, the hydraulic oil pumped from the main pump passes through the control valve and high-pressure pipeline to bring all the pollutants and gases in the system to the B end. After the solid pollutants are purified by filter core c, it enters the return pipeline through d and A end to flow back to the oil tank, thus realizing the discharge of the gas stored in the system pipeline. By repeatedly operating the bucket cylinder for 3~5 minutes, solid pollutants carried by the hydraulic oil itself and remaining in the cavity of each hydraulic component can be purified before being connected to the cylinder.
 
At the same time, the closed gas in the high-pressure pipeline is discharged from the system before it is connected to the hydraulic cylinder after repeated circulation, so that the solid pollutants and gas in the system can be purified to a greater extent before the pipeline is connected to the hydraulic cylinder. After the completion of the operation, remove the purification device, connect back to the original hydraulic cylinder line, then the hydraulic cylinder with 80 can run 5~8 times.
